Free Shipping

Free shipping is valid for ground service only on all orders over $200 before shipping, taxes and rebates across Canada. The shipping fee will be charged according to different regions. We currently do not support international shipping in general. However please do contact us for special shipping inquiries. Shipping is not waived on promotional offers. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Standard Ground, we strive to offer the best possible service. If an applicable alternate shipping option is available you may be entitled to an upgrade at our discretion.

Tracking

You may track your package by directly visiting the website of the carrier Canada Post and using the tracking ID number provided to your order. This tracking ID number can be found in the confirmation email you received when your order was shipped as well as in your My Account under your order history.

Alternatively, you can click on Track My Order located under the My Account section at the top right area of any MM Beauty Toronto web page. You must be logged into your MM Beauty Toronto account to be able to see your order status. Please note that tracking may not be available for up to 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

Once your order leaves our store it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. If the arrival of your order has been delayed for over 7 business days please contact us and one of our customer service representatives will contact the carrier to report a lost package.

We do not refund shipping costs, please refer to our Customer Service Returns page for further information. We are not responsible for any package returned to us due to a typing error in the shipping address.

Turnaround

Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days*

Our store is only open Saturday to Sunday 12:00pm to 3:00pm Eastern Time.

Orders received after 5pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on the following business day. Orders placed over the holidays, special promotional events, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt our services extending the processing and shipping time.
